Recruiting top talent
Academic achievement is important, but is only one indication of a person’s potential. At Goldman Sachs, we recognise that a diverse workforce encourages increased creativity and innovation. Diversity is crucial to improved performance and continued business success. To that end, we are committed to an environment that values diversity and promotes inclusion.
What we look for
Academic discipline is less important than the personal qualities an individual brings with them, however a strong interest in and appreciation of finance is important. Whatever your background, it is intellect, personality and zest for life that the firm values the most.
