About the LSE Ladies Night

The LSE Ladies Night is a women’s networking reception organised by the LSESU Business Society and the LSESU Women in Business Society. This event provides a unique opportunity for firms to meet outstanding female students in an informal setting, allowing participants to benefit from networking opportunities with other professionals from a variety of industries. Such engagement with women professionals will create opportunities for clear information flow from which career aspirations can be formed, thus building a global network of ambitious and intelligent women leaders.

LSE Ladies Night 2010

It was extremely well received with participation from more than 40 LSE students and 30 professionals from 18 prominent organisations within the financial service industry. Brain Teaser Competition

A competition based event where participants are asked to form teams of 4 or less and try to answer sets of brainteasers correctly. Participants pay a small fee per person or team to have a chance to play. All teams are housed in a room where no computers, phones, or other electronic devices are permitted. As teams answer questions incorrectly, they are eliminated. The last team standing wins the competition. All proceeds from the initiative were donated to charity.
